There are very few places that delight me more than home. Home sessions and hanging around one’s local neighborhood can be such an incredible way to get a true slice of your life and world. There’s something honest and special about seeing a little does of who you are and what your world is about. I know there are magical pretty picturesque places that make for lovely session backdrops, but your own familiar spaces can be so powerful. Getting to tell Chris and Michelle’s story by kicking off at their home and then walking along their standard neighborhood dog walk to pick up coffee along the Venice canals… it was all kinds of delightful. These two are silly and playful and full of laughs, and that’s just how I like it.
