The bird was flipped, the whiskey was shot, the dog was cuddled, and the fun was had. This stylish, modern, and laid-back wedding was full of panache, sass, and silliness, and we’re so excited to be sharing the photos. While the details were a feast for the eyes, the people were the superstars of the day—so much wild wonderfulness from these guys and their awesome community of mischief-makers.
The day began at the always effortlessly lovely Inn at Rancho Santa Fe. We love their open lawn, their classic Spanish architecture, their grand trees, and garden delight. It lined up beautifully with the garden minimalist vision that Meg and Brando had for their big day. We always love working with Urban Shindigs as they always bring fun style to the table!

Puppy love is a legit thing. Having their cutie pup there with them was everything!

If it wasn’t clear, this crew likes to imbibe. And imbibe they did! They even had whiskey as favors. How fab is that?!

These two are all rock’n’roll and heart mixed into one.

With a nod to heritage, they had an Irish piper!

Their bougainvillea backdrop was such a lovely spot for a ceremony. Loved that they chose a less-common spot on the property for this.

So I think it’s pretty obvious that their details were adorable! Loved all the little boho and fun touches that made it so special, from the handmade knotted runners to the bursting with energy florals, to their sweet-meets-salty candy table with all their fave snacks.

My fave moment of the day. Hands-down, this very tall groom and his not as tall bride had the sweetest first dance. She kicked off her shoes and stood on his feet. HEART MELT.

Of course, this dance party was lit. LIT.

And finally, one of my favorite sparkler exits ever. Sparks sure flew for these two on their magical day!

Love the bridal party shots! And that too-sweet-for-words flower girl! And of course the first dance – swoon! But I think the shots with grandma might be my favorite! So much love here!!
OMG, my fave, too. Her gran was the cutest! Thanks a bunch, Marie!
Well aren’t they the most stunning couple?? And that venue is completely amazing. I just always love seeing your work. Truly the bomb!!!
Aw, Marisa, you are such a gem. Thank you!
I love the difference that the flannel added to the portraits instead of the traditional bridal party robes. Such beautiful moments captured for this lucky couple…. Well done!
I was crazy about those, too! Thanks :)
