These two amazing women have not just a spectacular chemistry with each other but when they combined forces, it was like the forces of nature bubbled over and suddenly a new kind of magnetism was created, one in which a spiral of attraction suddenly occurred pulling wonderful humans straight to them. It’s electric and exciting, and I feel utterly privileged to have been witness to this union surround by all this bubbling wonder and love.

In an absolutely jaw-dropping private estate overlooking La Jolla, they declared their love in a literal spiral ceremony arrangement as friends were welcomed with mariachi music. What followed what a truly tender and playful party full of people who care oh-so-deeply about these two, and it showed—even through to every single vendor, since Maria is one of our own, running the wonderful San Diego Events Lighting Company. My favorite moment was late in the party when the couple stole away to sit out overlooking the ocean and stars and putting thanks out into the universe for this abundance of love. It is we who must thank you two, because your chemical combination created it all. ‘Nuff said!
