Yeah, you heard that right. This was pretty much the most belly-satisfying session of all time. Indulging in rad beer at Fall Brewing to get off to a delicious start, urban adventuring around North Park, and then basking in the glorious immensity of A THIRTY-TWO FLAVOR FLIGHT OF ICE CREAM from Hammond’s (yeah, not even an exaggeration). Yes, I helped. That’s not even a question. I’m that magnanimous. But my darling friends Leah and Matt and their puppy Pixel (haha YEP she’s actually not even full grown yet), were the real shining stars of the day, full of constant laughter, eye-rolling, antics and so much love. When Leah, super talented floral designer of Bespoke Occasions, first told me about Matt way back when, she didn’t mention his last name. Turns out, it’s Bloom. MEANT TO BE, right? I’m so glad we adventured in the neighborhood and indulged in all the best things. Such a happy, laid-back day, with a mostly behaved puppy that repeatedly had me in tears I was laughing so much. This is what it’s all about, folks.

These are so cute! I love that they brought their fur baby and you can’t get any better than ice cream and beer!
Thanks so much, Sophie! We had such a blast.
What a fun session! You can never go wrong starting with beer and a puppy!
Beer + dogs are definitely a winning combination. Thanks, Jen!
Any session that includes ice cream and beer is perfection in my eyes!
Wise words. ;) Thanks, Melissa!
Oh my, that dog has the most amazingly expressive face and eyebrows! Love this very creative set of images, great session!
Thanks so much, Ashley!
You have a crazy ability to capture the true essence on your subjects. The beer and ice cream are them and you can see their connection in their element.
You’re too kind, Kristen, thank you!
