These two know how to bring the fun in a BIG way, and this event was a particularly special one for me, as I’ve been working with this utterly lovable family for several years now on several wedding events—getting to capture this wedding story absolutely was a gift. When Greg and Day first reached out, they said they loved his sister’s wedding (that I shot), but wanted something a little more informal. The ceremony had to stay small and low-key, but the party had to be lit.
We kicked off with a tiny but charming backyard ceremony at the groom’s parents’ home, and then a yummy private luncheon in the backyard, followed by a delightful bash with their full community at Hotel Maya (and lots more deliciousness) and lots of dancing, laughter, and love. We so loved being a part of this multi-scaled Long Beach event and celebrating the fun, the laid-back vibes, the energy, and the energetic celebration.
