Laid-Back Union at Fruitcraft

I love a cozy little intimate celebration of love and Belle and Ryan brought such great energy to the table, even with just a teeny crew of their nearest and dearest. When they first reached out, they were pretty hesitant about photography, wanting to have beautiful documentation of their day, but being pretty uncomfortable bein photographed. I actually hear that a lot from many of my clients: they want fab photos but feel pretty awkward about photography. Happily, I’m not a posey/fussy photographer, I approach your day from a focus on you actually having fun, not performing for me!

We wandered Balboa Park’s lovely gardens and architecture, we ceremonied at Fruitcraft in their back garden, and followed that with delicious things in their urban warehouse space. And isn’t that just the dream description of a perfect day?
