I love these guys to itty bitty bits. Know why? Because they are so up for fun it’s ridiculous. Maggie is a little baby scamp trapped in the body of a little old lady dog. When Joe and Bonnie adopted Maggie, she had all sorts of health trouble she was working through, but with the kind of excessively awesome love they shower her with, she was soon up and at ’em. Eight years old, and she still packs a mean punch. Extra-specially when it comes to the popping of balloons—her favorite thing in the entire world. We had an awesome time frolicking above the beach and exploring some rather charming gardens. I look forward to more of this, most definitely! Even though Joe and Bonnie are just a little bit camera shy and want all the focus on Maggie, they sure are easy to shoot. But, that said, my favorite shot, by far, is the last one. Such a classic Maggie look that says, “Yeah, I’m spoiled and I LOVE IT!”
