Brand photography and headshots are something I love to do, particularly for local small businesses and creative entrepreneurs who are movers and shakers, making magic happen in their industries. I don’t call them headshots, actually, because I think the Spark Sessions I offer go beyond the typical and boring headshots of yesteryear in favor of really capturing individuals’ spirits, purpose, and passion, and telling a compelling story about who they are at their core.
I loved Hema’s enthusiasm for her work when she reached out. She is a serial entrepreneur, having launched both GigTalent and HighPerformanceology—she specializes in connecting consultants with companies, organizational leadership, and company culture assessments. Basically, she helps businesses and entrepreneurs to improve, grow, and thrive. So of course I was 100% on-board to help capture a little story about who she is and what she is all about. Her plan was to create a versatile library of images that she can use on her websites, social media, promotional materials, and as a speaker. I think the photos achieve all that and more!
