Endless facemaking, mischief, and fun times. Every so often I have the good fortune of working with a couple that I’m eager to endlessly high-five, a couple that makes me laugh nearly as much as they make each other laugh. These two Angelinos made their way back to their hometown of SD so they could make my heart two sizes too big to fit into my chest anymore.

We started our adventure in Bankers Hill, at Café Bassam. It’s such a charming cafe and tea room, full of strange and quirky history—dark wood, art, exotic teas. It’s cozy and packed with far too many tables and often too many humans, but dang, it’s utterly delightful.

Their personality really shines through in these photos! What a fun mix of playful and romantic! Cheers my friend to another amazing session!

I love these. These make me want to fly out west and have you take some photos of us. I don’t think we’d be quite as adorable as these two, but one can dream! ;) (And also, I love her shoes!)
