YAAAAAAS. I have so many feelings and they all involve clapping my hands. On a whim, basically the night before our planned urban adventures, we threw out the plans entirely, and these three enthusiastically jumped on board with the wild notion of adventuring out into the great wide open. What a perfect fit for two gents whose wedding theme would be ‘cowboys riding off into the sunset’. It was ridiculous and delightful and now I have a set of truly wonderful friends for life.
I must admit that our portfolio is a bit slim on the LGBT weddings front, something that I’ve been more than a little unsatisfied by and eager to fix. When these two originally reached out, I felt like it was kismet, like we were meant to be, like I was falling head-over-heels. So there is something beyond extra special about not just getting to represent important dear-to-my-heart diversity in our work, but for it to be these astonishingly incredible people that in and of themselves are now immensely dear to my heart, too. Oh, and dog, of course. May Buster’s wee snaggletooth bring all manner of inspiration to your day!
